Chuck has over 37 years of business experience and over 25 years operating companies as CEO, President or GM. Fortune 500 experience with Owens Corning (’84-2007), private equity portfolio company CEO (’07-2010) and Group President at Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ, ‘ROCK’, ‘10-2019). International business operating experience from eastern/western Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, & South America. Broad M&A experience in acquisitions & divestitures. Competencies in strategic/tactical planning, growth, business development and operational improvement in growth and turn-around environments. Deep experience in business integrations, post-acquisition. Utilizes proven business improvement methodologies (80/20, LEAN), and techniques honed over 3 & 1/2 decades of practical experience. People-oriented leadership approach based on recognizing, positioning and motivating talented individuals to work in team-oriented environments. Proven, results-oriented leader and coach. Chuck holds a BS in Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
John Sommerhalder

John Sommerhalder is a seasoned business operative with over twenty-five years of experience, spanning transactions, financing and operational management. Specifically, John has served as a senior lender, subordinated debt investor, private equity principal, investment banker and operating company executive. Over the course of his career, John has worked with numerous companies in various capacities, and this breadth of experience affords John a unique and valuable perspective on business. John’s operating experience includes both start-up and turnaround, and his core financial competencies are unearthing financial and operational insights, along with right-side balance sheet structuring. John holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baylor University.
Scott Muldrow

Scott is an accomplished operator with over 25 years of experience in the building products and transportation industries in the US and abroad. His broad background covers multiple functions and positions to include military officership, business development, engineering, manufacturing, international market development, sales team leadership and general management. His experiences range from industry-leading Fortune 500 organizations to smaller, private equity owned business.
Over his career he has obtained significant experiences and developed proficiencies to include strategy creation and implementation, change management, team building, effective communication, customer intimacy, market analysis, product development, operational efficiency and business expansion.
Scott holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Bob Franco

Bob is a highly experienced senior executive with extensive experience in Fortune 500 and Private Equity environments. As a past CEO (Drexel Metals), President (Associated Metals INC) & VP/GM (Owens Corning, Roofing Division), his expertise in driving strategic growth in sales and earnings has been a hallmark of his 40 year business career. As CEO of (Drexel Metals) he led the company through a successful acquisition after dramatically growing the business for several years. While president of AMI the company experienced extensive growth in revenue and earnings resulting in significant value creation for the organization Using a proven growth methodology honed over his 4 decade career he has assisted businesses through his consulting company Invictus Consulting LLC, (www.francoinvictus.com) for the past several years. Bob holds a BS in Business from the University of Mississippi.
